First journal! Just a warning, I am not great at journals, blogs, vlogs etc, I will eventually give up. A few friends (real life stalkers and a few others amongst) requested that I start one to warn them when a new piece is in the making, being edited and if I think I have done well on it. None of my current art I am really proud of.

The long awaited/dreaded Christmas is upon us once again. Everyone is rushing around doing late Christmas shopping, and like everyone, I am a late shopping sinner. Not much has happened when it comes to art. However, I have drawn a simple line drawing of a famous three headed dog. Another request from a friend asked me to take up the challenge to draw Cerberus.

I researched other opinions and drawings on deviant art for some ideas. The main help was:

Also, I decided to change the type of dog from the main heavily build, mastif type dog, to a dog which was a lot taller. A great dane. They are very big dogs, to say the least, thin but very heavily build with muscle.

I still have not perfected the art of shading with graphite yet, I am much better with charcoal when it comes to shading...
